A blank area on this map means nobody has surveyed and reported there, not that the ground is clean. Reporting data reflects survey effort as much as it reflects the weeds: Cache County looks heaviest in part because it is surveyed hardest. Infested acres are recorded on only some reports, so the total is a floor, not a measurement, and a handful of very large polygons dominate it - the median beside it is the more honest number.
